A 15‑minute grace period is included for all non‑airport pickups. If the passenger has not arrived or is not ready to depart after the grace period, wait time will be billed per minute at the standard wait‑time rate.

Airport Pickups

A 30‑minute grace period is included for airport pickups, beginning when the flight arrives at the gate. If the passenger has not arrived at the designated meeting point after the grace period, wait time will be billed per minute at the standard wait‑time rate.

Rate

Wait time is billed at $1.00 per minute unless otherwise stated on the reservation.

Flight Monitoring

Your chauffeur monitors your flight for real‑time updates. If your flight arrives early or is delayed, the grace period adjusts automatically based on the updated arrival time.

Alignment With Reservation System

These wait‑time rules match the terms used in our reservation system and affiliate agreements.
