Third‑row seating is available upon request but significantly reduces luggage capacity. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond rated passenger or luggage capacity. RXT Mobility is not responsible for luggage that cannot fit due to size or quantity.

Conduct & Safety

Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and must comply with all state and local laws. Seat belts must be worn at all times. The driver may terminate service without refund if passenger behavior compromises safety.

Alcohol & Open Container Policy (Kansas & Missouri)

RXT Mobility complies with all applicable state and local open‑container laws. Alcohol consumption rules vary depending on the state in which the vehicle is operating.

Kansas (K.S.A. 8‑1599)

Kansas law prohibits open containers of alcohol for all vehicle occupants, including passengers, while the vehicle is operating on public roads. Accordingly:

  • Passengers may not possess or consume alcohol in the vehicle while traveling in Kansas.

  • All alcoholic beverages must remain sealed during transport.

Missouri (RSMo 577.017)

Missouri law permits passengers in hired transportation vehicles to possess and consume alcohol, unless restricted by local ordinance. Accordingly:

  • Passengers may consume alcohol while traveling in Missouri.

  • Alcohol consumption must remain lawful, responsible, and compliant with all local regulations.

  • The chauffeur may terminate service without refund if alcohol use results in unsafe or disorderly behavior.

General Rules

  • No alcohol consumption by anyone under 21.

  • The chauffeur may refuse or discontinue alcohol service at their discretion if safety is compromised.

  • Open‑container rules apply based on the vehicle’s physical location at the time of service, not the pickup address.

State Line Disclaimer

RXT Mobility operates in both Kansas and Missouri. Certain policies — including alcohol/open‑container rules, airport procedures, and wait‑time standards — may vary depending on the state in which the vehicle is operating. Policies apply based on the vehicle’s physical location at the time of service, not the pickup address. RXT Mobility will advise clients when state‑specific rules affect their trip.
